IT Consultant

Salary: Up to \xc2\xa335k (depending on experience)

Office Location: Marylebone

Working model: 5 days in-office initially (to allow candidate to settle and learn)

About the Client & Role:

My client are an established London based IT Consultancy/MSP best known as specialists in Apple/macOS. They have been operating for 20+ years, providing a full spectrum of managed IT services (remote and onsite) to a range of exciting clients.

you\'ll be working closely with the senior consultants to sharpen your IT skills, and gain practical experience of various technologies within an amazing and encouraging professional environment.

The role is highly client-facing, and on-site visits around London will be a frequent part of the role to support clients IT Systems. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills are essential for the candidate.

Candidate Must Haves:

• Hands-on experience supporting Mac and MacOS
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of various platforms eg Office 365
• Enthusiasm and passion about IT
• Previous background in an IT position
• Strong team player mentality

• Providing clear and accurate advice to help support and optimise client and customer IT systems
• Desktop support for Mac and Apple devices
• Supporting various software, applications, hardware and network
• Troubleshooting and resolving IT support tickets
• System & Server administration (O365, cloud storage, Windows Server etc.)
• Providing clear solutions to client\'s needs
