We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy IT Co-Ordinator to join our team. This hybrid role combines core IT support responsibilities with basic accounting/office tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT systems, troubleshooting, and user support, while also being comfortable assisting with routine financial processes. You will provide information to assist the finance team, maintain and prepare various reports our stakeholders and maintain and develop our IT systems. In addition, you may be asked to conduct research, analyse data, identify opportunities and provide recommendations to enhance our business processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities



Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other systems. Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including backups and security protocols. Assist with system upgrades, patch management, and software deployments. Troubleshoot connectivity issues and liaise with external vendors when necessary. Support implementation of new IT solutions and contribute to process improvements. Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with company policies. Support preparation of basic financial reports. Help maintain accurate records for audits and compliance purposes. Support accounts function on an ad-hoc basis.

Skills & Qualifications



Essential:

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts. Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Desirable:

Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Xero). Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles. Good understanding of VMWare. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices. Proficient in SQL and data analysis tools, such as Excel, Power BI or Tableau

Desired Education & Experience



Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience in an IT support role; exposure to accounting tasks is a plus.
