About the Role:
IT Services are responsible for all aspects of information-technology support and delivery across our University, providing a first-class experience to our students, staff and other stakeholders as they pursue their studies and work both on-campus and beyond.
This is your opportunity to join our IT Customer Service team, delivering a wide range of support to our customers - primarily via our main University telephone switchboard, and via e-communication tools.
You will have good communication skills and a customer-orientated outlook. Experience of telephone based support roles is essential. Experience of working with computer systems in a corporate environment would be advantageous.
This position will work to a standard shift pattern of 8.45am - 5.00pm, Monday - Wednesday, a total of 22.2 hours per week.
