Overview




The IT Data and Analytics Manager will effectively deliver data and reporting solutions/ services for the EIMEA trading bloc in alignment with strategic plans. Managing and leading the Data and Analytics function. Driving the development and execution of

strategic plans, whilst seeking and including input from stakeholders and partners.



This role will be key in establishing effective external partnerships to deliver projects and services driven by customer needs and strategic IT investments.

What You'll Be Doing




Leads, develops and delivers high quality desired output to meet the expectations of stakeholders in support of key business outcomes Continuously reviews, develops, and maintains strategic partnerships with third parties in support of services provided to company by team such as database development, data modeling, dashboards, reports, etc. Proactively drive the adoption of approved methodologies and tools relative to project execution (Waterfall or Agile) and service delivery (ITIL) in support of high-quality outcomes, regulatory alignment, cost reduction, increased efficiencies, and improved system performance. Ensure operational services perform to expected service levels driving continuous trust and confidence Provide functional area leadership to external partners by actively developing their ability to deliver high quality solutions and in alignment with strategic plans Direct and support the development and/or the effective management of integration and ETL tools in support of projects and daily operations Proactively identify and provide continuous improvement recommendations relative to people, process, and technologies to ensure the effective delivery of services Proactively develop and propose recommendations for appropriate and necessary technical solutions in support of projected growth and other known initiatives Assist in developing and managing appropriate resource allocation approaches to ensure optimal utilization across projects; balanced with support demands Utilize financial / accounting tools to appropriately evaluate, propose and manage team expenses to optimize and ensure responsible use of company resources Develop effective communications between the funciton and appropriate stakeholders with transparency to increase alignment and trust Ensure the delivery and presentation of agreed upon metrics at a frequency and format desired to accurately reflect the performance of assigned area Promote adoption and the practice of company values by being an exemplary role model and actively coaching others to success Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations Perform other related activities as needed to support corporate objectives. Act in the best interest of the company by applying stated company values/code of conduct and acting in congruence to company strategies and priorities.

What You'll Bring To The Role




Experience developing / maintaining data warehouse or enterprise level database management systems Experience developing data modeling solutions Experience developing / maintaining enterprise level data intelligence platforms and visualization tools Experience with Agile project delivery Microsoft SQL, SQL Azure & Power BI SnapLogic, SSIS Associate or Certified Analytics Professional Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate Strong Microsoft SQL BI Development expereince - or similar. Experience Leading projects and engaging with external partners
