Role Summary

The IT & Marketing Apprentice will support the firm's digital and technical infrastructure, while also contributing to the development and delivery of marketing initiatives. This dual role is ideal for someone who is keen to develop a career in both IT support and digital marketing within a professional environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Support

Assist with day-to-day IT operations, including troubleshooting basic technical issues. Help set up and maintain IT equipment (PCs, printers, telephones, etc.) for staff. Support users with login, software, and connectivity problems. Maintain inventory of IT hardware and software. Liaise with external IT support providers when necessary. Assist in implementing cybersecurity best practices and updates.

Marketing Support

Assist in maintaining the firm's website and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). Help prepare marketing materials, digital content, and internal communications. Support the promotion of legal services and campaigns. Collect and analyse basic marketing data (e.g., social media insights, website traffic). Contribute to newsletters, blogs, and client updates under supervision. Ensure consistent branding across digital channels.

Strong interest in IT and digital marketing Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and take initiative Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Familiarity with social media platforms (desirable) Ability to multitask and manage time effectively A professional and proactive attitude

Eligibility Criteria

Must be eligible for an apprenticeship programme in the UK GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above preferred) No prior qualification at the same level or higher in IT or marketing
Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
