Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join an NHS organisation in Norwich on a contract basis. This role will focus on the build and deployment of devices across the Trust, supporting end users and ensuring a smooth rollout process., * Build, configure, and deploy end-user devices (laptops, desktops, and peripherals)

  • Support users during deployment and ensure minimal disruption to services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of assets and deployments
  • Work collaboratively with IT teams to ensure consistency and quality of service delivery
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging environment, with the ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism under pressure.
