The role will be based from our Bath office with hybrid working.

About the Role




As our IT Group Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of a global IT team, providing essential administrative and procurement support to over 100 talented engineers and business services professionals. You'll be the go-to person for admin-related queries, helping ensure smooth operations across the business.

What You'll Be Doing



Managing a variety of admin tasks: purchase orders, credit card reconciliations, asset disposals, travel/training bookings Supporting key IT meetings: diary management, minute-taking, agenda prep, action tracking Editing and publishing the IT monthly newsletter Coordinating onboarding for new IT starters and group overtime submissions Maintaining contract databases and supporting internal communications Contributing to carbon footprint reporting and wider IT projects Staying up to date with best practices in IT administration

What We're Looking For



Good secondary education and relevant qualifications (or working towards them) Proven experience in office or admin roles A confident, proactive attitude with strong organisational skills Excellent communication across email, phone, and in person Strong IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, databases, spreadsheets A team player who can also work independently
