We're looking for an

IT Hardware Technician

to join our ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) Centre. This is your chance to get hands-on with real enterprise IT equipment and build skills that can take you into a high-tech career.

What You'll Be Doing

? Testing, diagnosing, and refurbishing enterprise hardware including servers, storage units, and networking devices, as well as laptops, mobiles and desktops.

? Performing hardware upgrades and replacements -- memory, drives, power supplies, and more.

? Using specialist tools and software to securely erase data in line with industry standards.

? Preparing devices for reuse or resale, ensuring they meet quality and compliance requirements.

? Supporting senior technicians on refurbishments and troubleshooting, learning ITAD processes.

? Logging work accurately and following strict data security protocols. What We're Looking For

? A passion for IT hardware -- enterprise servers, networking gear, storage, or laptops.

? Curiosity and a desire to learn technical skills hands-on. Prior experience is a plus but not essential.

? Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail -- hardware rarely behaves exactly as expected!

? A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. What You'll Get
