Overview

We're looking for a friendly and keen IT Apprentice Help Desk Engineer to join our small but mighty IT team at Mobility Bathing Group Limited. If you're itching to kickstart your career in IT and want to gain some real-world experience while having fun, this could be perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

Be the go-to person for our staff, helping them solve any hardware and software issues. Get hands-on with setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems and networks. Jump on help desk tickets, emails, and phone calls to keep things running smoothly. Team up with the wider team to find and implement solutions that boost system performance and user experience. Keep track of the steps you take to fix problems, so we have a clear record. Help out with installing and configuring new hardware and software. Keep an eye on our IT inventory, including all the gadgets, software, and licenses. Join training sessions to sharpen your technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications. Great problem-solving skills and an eye for detail. Strong communication and people skills. Ability to work solo and as part of a team. Excited to learn and adapt to new tech. A - Levels or equivalent; extra certifications or IT courses are a bonus.

Terms and Conditions

Office based role at our Redditch, Worcestershire headquarters. Full-time position with regular office hours. Supportive and team-oriented work environment.

Benefits
