We are hiring for a dynamic customer service & IT centred individual to join the Helpdesk Support Team. Perhaps you have previous experience in an IT Support role and are looking to expand your knowledge, or perhaps are looking for the next step in your professional development? Duties will include:

Providing 1st and 2nd Line technical web application support via telephone calls, online support (Zendesk) Diagnosis and resolution of reported problems, and proactively managing/owning issues through to completion in a timely manner Keeping records up to date, and general administration duties Assisting Product & Quality Assurance team with regular software testing to ensure all systems are running smoothly with minimal bugs/recurring errors
The ideal candidate will have proven experience within a customer services position, preferably within an IT based environment. Alongside this, the right candidate must possess a confident, compassionate phone manner, and have excellent communication and organisational skills and have a strong interest in taking on a client facing role. As the role is heavily team focused, the candidate must be a great team player and have a passion to achieve and deliver quality customer service & support.

Required Skills:

Excellent customer service skills Great communication skills both written (emails/tickets) & verbal (telephone) A strong interest in IT Ability to pick up new skills quickly and adapt to a new role. Ability to take ownership of issues, and see them through to resolution Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve A positive and confident "can do" attitude

Working hours:

The support team work on a rota basis between the hours of 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday with occasional evening roll outs included each quarter.

The role will also include some flat fee paid overtime on weekends/bank holidays. This is on an on-call telephone basis at a rate of approximately once every 4-6 weeks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year
