The Role
As an IT Helpdesk Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for IT queries, providing friendly and efficient support to colleagues and external partners. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone with basic IT knowledge or experience who is eager to learn and progress in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
What You'll Do

  • Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve common technical issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
  • Log and prioritise support tickets, escalating complex issues to senior engineers when needed.
  • Keep accurate records of incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Provide clear guidance to users to help them resolve issues and improve their tech experience.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth and efficient problem resolution.
