Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
Assist with troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
Support and setup of new users and leavers for our clients.
Help maintain and monitor client systems, backups, and security tools.
Document activities and contribute to the internal KB.
Participate in training and development activities as part of your apprenticeship.
Qualities & Skills Required:
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software
Problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
A team player but also the ability to work unsupervised
Basic knowledge and awareness of internet security and data privacy principles
Any IT qualifications or similar experience is plus
Knowledge Skills & Behaviours Developed In The Role:
Building problem-solving skills by assisting staff with software issues
Gaining technical knowledge of hardware setup, phone systems & user logins
Developing communication skills through user support & liaising with suppliers
Learning how to raise & manage support tickets effectively
Taking on real responsibility by handling tasks in a live IT environment
Adapting to a fast-paced workplace while receiving structured support
