Workplace IT is the UK's leading provider of IT Managed Services to the Social Care, Assisted Living and Specialist Education Sector.

We work predominantly with large, Private Sector, Not For Profit and Public Sector owned organisations with multiple locations and people across the UK.

Following continued growth we are looking to recruit an additional Second Line Help Desk Engineer based from our King's Lynn office reporting to our Service Desk Manager.

Skills Required:



Proven experience in a Service Desk or technical support role completing a minimum of fifteen support tickets per day. Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network issues. Excellent knowledge of operating systems (e.g. Windows, MacOS), productivity software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite / 365), and common business applications. Experience with Active Directory, network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and remote access tools. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Experience:



Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft MTA, ITIL Foundation). Experience with scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell). Experience with cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS). Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions. Experience with Microsoft Intune. Experience with ConnectWise PSA/RMM or equivalent. Working in an MSP enviroment (not essential).

Work Location:



This role is based from our King's Lynn office with the option for hybrid home/office working after induction and training. Most of the current team work one or two days per week in the office.

Package:



Basic Salary: 30,000 to 35,000 (DOE). 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday / One hour for lunch. Contributory Pension Scheme Private Health Insurance Personal Training Plan / Paid Study Time 25 x Days Holiday plus UK Bank Holidays Excellent Progression Opportunities. Free On-Site Parking
