In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, developing, and optimising our school's IT network and systems--ensuring seamless technology support for both staff and students. You'll work closely with the Head of IT and be a key player in shaping the digital backbone of our school.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and maintain physical IT infrastructure and networking systems Provide responsive and effective IT support across the school Collaborate with the Head of IT to implement strategic improvements

What We're Looking For



Educated to 'A' Level or equivalent, including an IT-related subject Minimum two years' experience in infrastructure/network maintenance or IT support Strong understanding of networking concepts (DHCP, VLANs, DNS) Experience with Microsoft 365 platforms and Azure VM Proven ability to deliver a positive and timely user experience.

Working Arrangements:



37.5 hours per week, Typically Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday mornings

The post holder's responsibility will include promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young persons for whom s/he is responsible, or with whom s/ he comes into contact.
