IT Infrastructure Site Manager EMEA & APAC (CRO/CDMO)
Exciting opportunity to lead IT site services and lab systems across multiple international sites. The opportunity includes oversight of Level 2 IT support, Smart Hands services, asset management, and lab systems support globally. The individual will also lead the IT Support for Labs team, ensuring compliance, performance, and continuous improvement. European travel will be required for this role - 1 or 2 times a quarter.

• IT Support for laboratories (over 600 systems)

Person Specification
Essential skills will include:

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure operations and end user services
• Strong knowledge of backup, restore, patch management, and security compliance
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SCCM, Intune, and Teams Room technologies
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships
• Commitment to process automation, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance
