Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Management Support (CAD Support) professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) systems, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime. Your duties will include troubleshooting CAD software issues, managing software updates and licenses, and collaborating closely with design and engineering teams to optimize workflows. You will also assist in the deployment and configuration of CAD workstations, maintain system documentation, and implement best practices for data management and security.
To succeed in this position, you should have a solid understanding of IT support principles and a working knowledge of popular CAD platforms such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit. Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems, network protocols, and hardware troubleshooting is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with users of varying technical backgrounds. Previous experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role, preferably supporting CAD applications, is highly desirable. A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
