IT Manager | London (Hybrid)
An exciting opportunity for an IT Manager to join a growing, forward-thinking organisation at a pivotal stage of its digital evolution.
Reporting to the VP of Business Operations, you'll act as the internal lead for technology, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and scalable as the business continues to grow.
Working closely with an outsourced MSP, you'll oversee all day-to-day IT operations while defining the long-term strategy for in-house capability, digital resilience, and data compliance. You'll also collaborate with the Head of Data to ensure the right infrastructure, governance, and policies are in place to support ISO accreditation and strong data protection standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the relationship with the outsourced MSP, ensuring service quality, clear communication, and effective collaboration.
• Oversee hardware lifecycle management and ensure seamless onboarding for new starters.
• Define and deliver the IT roadmap, focusing on resilience, user experience, and security.
• Strengthen cybersecurity and ensure GDPR and ISO 27001 compliance across all systems.
• Manage user experience and system configurations across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and integrations with key business platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Maintain and update IT and data protection policies, supporting audits and developing training materials to promote strong cybersecurity practices.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on IT risks, performance, and improvement initiatives.

About You:

• 5+ years of experience in IT management or infrastructure roles.
• Proven experience managing outsourced IT providers or MSPs.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams admin environments.
• Solid understanding of ISO 27001, GDPR, and IT governance standards.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.
