Exciting opportunity for an IT Manager to join a growing not-for-profit organisation based in Oxford, offering up to 59,000 plus excellent benefits (including hybrid working)
The Role
The IT Manager will be a standalone position, so an excellent blend of hands-on, operational work as well as strategic planning and project management.
Responsibilities will include:
- working closely with senior stakeholders, developing a strategic road-map for IT and systems
- managing effective relationships with 3rd party vendors
- overseeing day to day management of systems, networks and infrastructure
- cyber security ownership, ensuring company compliance with various industry standards
- project, change, budget and risk management
Applicants for the IT Manager role will have:
- a hands-on systems configurations, hardware and networking skills
- experience of IT management, developing IT strategies, and budget management
- experience of supervising/managing small teams
- cyber security experience including knowledge of ISO27001 / ISO277001
Salary of up to 59,000 plus excellent company benefits, including hybrid and flexible working options
