Exciting opportunity to join Bluekong Networks UK field engineering team with lots of opportunity to develop your career to the next level within Networking. We require someone on an permanent basis with previous experience with an ability to perform technical diagnostics and administration across some or all of the following areas:

Understanding of Cisco technologies e.g. (CISCO Catalyst, routing and switching) CISCO Management tools. CISCO configuration and fault finding. Multi Vendor Knowledge such as Juniper, HP, Aruba, Meraki is advantageous. Ekahau Wifi Survey. Rack and Stack experience. AV Experience Desk top and Wintel Server Knowledge support or provisioning Experience.
Skills required: This would be an ideal opportunity for an engineer with CCNA or above certification, with experience if possible of Wifi Surveying utilising Ekahau tooling. To progress their career in configuration, troubleshooting and administration on CISCO, WiFi and other Network and Server technologies.

Experience of support on networking products, Wifi tools, desktop products including Microsoft technologies, Good customer facing skills, Strong analytic / problem solving skills will be key.

Ideally the engineer for this will be currently based around the London area of England.

This role will require travel across the UK to customers sites on a daily basis so engineers must be willing to travel. Company will provide car allowance for engineers also including mileage allowance. Engineers must have full UK driving licence.

Engineers as part of their role will also be involved in managing out of hours client requests on an On-Call rota basis. this is compensated separately.
