IT Placement Support Engineer
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a first-class IT support service to CDE and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the department. Acting primarily in a 1st line support capacity which will include installing, maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware and software. This will cover desktops, laptops, tablets, smart phones and peripheral equipment.
The successful candidate will also provide technical support and assistance to all staff on current applications. They will gain experience and an understanding of the IT infrastructure of a business of this size and will be involved in IT projects alongside the rest of the IT Team.
