With unwavering support and an entrepreneurial spirit, our global teamwork transcends boundaries and turns shared visions into reality.We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new site and data center build in Grimsby, UK. The role involves managing the full IT infrastructure project lifecycle for a site using a brownfield approach, covering planning, integration, compliance, and implementation activities.Key Responsibilities:Manage IT infrastructure delivery across Data Center integration, Fibre/Switching, Virtualization, Backup, Patch Management, Monitoring, Workplace management, and ServiceNow integrations.Coordinate with internal departments (QC, Logistics, Engineering) and external vendors (e.g., TCS).Ensure compliance with IT Security, Quality Assurance, and Pharma regulations (GxP, FDA).Oversee project budgets, timelines, risks, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.Lead Steering Committee meetings and maintain project documentation.QualificationsRequired Skills:10+ years experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management (brownfield projects preferred).Strong technical knowledge (LAN/WAN, WiFi, servers, firewalls, virtualization).Experience in pharmaceutical or life science industries, with strong knowledge of GxP/FDA compliance.Certified PMP or PRINCE2 Project Manager.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.Additional InformationAt Fusion, we aspire to be one of the world's leading life sciences consulting firms, setting industry benchmarks with innovative and pioneering solutions.At Fusion, we unite entrepreneurial minds from around the globe to develop and implement game-changing solutions that build lasting relationships with our clients.Hiring Philosophy: We value employees who push boundaries through innovation, navigating diverse client needs in ever-evolving environments, with a commitment to continuous learning both for themselves and their colleagues.Growth & Development: Go beyond, grow beyond, and maximize impact.
