We are looking for a dynamic and analytical person to join our firm to help deliver technology solutions in partnership with our managed service provider.


This role is essential in driving digital transformation by utilising technology to enable business stakeholders in delivering the firms strategy. You will gather requirements, design tech-focused solutions, and support the delivery of software and systems that improve business performance.


You will do this in partnership with the firms' external technology service provider while also ensuring that the firm receives a high level of service quality.

Experience/ Attributes required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or experience from a related field. 2+ years of experience in a technology role within a professional services business. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Experience in SaaS, enterprise systems, or cloud-native applications. Exposure to legal line of business software. Exposure to cybersecurity, data governance, or enterprise integration projects.

Monitor and manage external supplier performance in service, information security and project delivery. Gather, document and socialise business requirements for transformational projects. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, networks, and systems. Lead IT projects using resources from the managed services partner to include system upgrades, cloud migrations, and digital transformation initiatives. Analyse existing systems, data flows, and processes to identify improvements and automation opportunities. Participate in system testing, coordinate UAT, and help manage deployment plans with the adoption team. Contribute to business team meetings providing technology solutions to business problems. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and ensure value for investment in IT services. Create documentation, workflows, and process maps Track progress and report on key metrics and project timelines. Monitor budgets, license renewals, and resource planning.
