About the Role:




As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from discovery to deployment. Your expertise in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum, will be crucial in integrating digital technologies and enhancing our business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely project completion. Track project performance, manage risks, and communicate status updates. Ensure compliance with IT governance and security standards. Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts.

What We're Looking For:



Qualifications: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum). Knowledge of ITIL framework is a plus. Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to use your initiative. Experience: IT Project Management, with a proven track record in digital transformation projects. Experience with Agile methodology and change management.
