Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of cross-functional digital and technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of digital and technology projects, managing timelines, resources, budgets, and scope to ensure successful outcomes. Coordinate with senior stakeholders, sponsors, third-party suppliers, and internal IT teams, ensuring project delivery aligns with strategic objectives. Manage project governance and risks, including RAID logs, compliance documentation, and performance reporting. Ensure all projects meet regulatory, security, and quality standards. Drive change management and user adoption, delivering structured training, workshops, and support to embed new systems and processes effectively.
Requirements

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and project teams. Familiarity with risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks. Experience with change management and delivering user training.
