About the Role: As an IT Project Manager, you will support the successful execution of projects within our IT department, working closely with experienced project managers and cross-functional teams. You will help coordinate activities, monitor progress, and ensure projects meet their objectives in line with AXA's strategic goals. Based in Redhill with opportunities to collaborate with teams across the UK and Ireland, this role offers a chance to grow your expertise in a global organization committed to innovation and excellence.

What you'll be doing:

Assist in creating and maintaining project reports and documentation following global governance standards. Support the management of project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery of tasks. Organize and lead daily stand-up meetings to keep projects on track. Identify potential risks and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders to mitigate impact. Contribute to defining and applying standards and methodologies for effective project management. Promote security best practices in all project activities, aligning with Group policies. Facilitate communication between IT teams and stakeholders, sharing updates and managing expectations. Support the transition of projects from implementation to ongoing operations (business as usual).

What you'll bring:

+ Familiarity with common IT tools such as MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
+ Ability to analyze business needs and support solution implementation.
+ Capacity to manage workstreams, coordinate tasks, and work collaboratively.
+ Eagerness to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
+ A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
+ Previous experience or knowledge of IT solutions is advantageous but not required.
