Landmarc Support Services is the leading industry partner to the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), managing and maintaining the UK Defence Training Estate (DTE). Our IT Project Office plays a key role in delivering innovative technology solutions and process improvements that support this critical work.
We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to deliver projects across a broad IT landscape, from Microsoft-based platforms to COTS business systems including IBM Maximo, Select HR, ESRI ArcGIS, and Microsoft SharePoint. You'll bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business strategy.
What you'll do
Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Define project scope, costs, schedules, and governance frameworks.
Work closely with Business Analysts and technical teams to turn requirements into effective solutions.
Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and the IT Project Office Manager.
Support the introduction of new IT services and solutions, including guidance and training for users.
Contribute to the development of project management frameworks, tools, and best practice.
What we're looking for
Essential skills & experience
Minimum 3 years' experience as an IT Project Manager.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience delivering projects with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Excellent planning, scheduling, and resource management abilities.
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to handle project challenges effectively.
Desirable
Project Management qualifications (Prince2, APM, PMP).
Agile certifications (ScrumMaster, Agile PM).
Experience with project tools such as MS Project, Jira, Miro, Azure DevOps, or Monday.com.
Knowledge of ITIL Service Management.
Background in Business Analysis, IT Development, or Testing.
Experience in cloud-first organisations or asset/facilities management sectors.

Eligibility for BPSS & SC clearance (current SC desirable).
