Job Description

As an IT Project Manager you will be responsible for running multiple projects for our Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and cloud-based IT and SaaS software solutions. These projects range from software implementations, large scale data migration, and IT infrastructure projects to our client base of professional service organisations such as legal firms, solicitors, and accountants.

The IT Project Manager role is an office-based in our Sheffield office. There will also be the requirement to travel to customer sites on an ad hoc basis UK wide. The Project Delivery team is going through an exciting expansion and period of growth due to the recent launch of our new Legal Tech SaaS solutions. Combined with our market leading cloud-based IT Infrastructure, Security, and Communications managed service offerings this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our Delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:



Governance



Project Portfolio management and reporting all project status to the Directors on a weekly and monthly basis

Lead weekly Steerco project meetings specifically for our legal case management software

Management



Resource Management - prioritising and managing technical resources and tasks

Project/Operational delivery management - prioritization of multiple resources and deliverables

Delivery



Stakeholder management - both external customer engagement and internal key stakeholders

Software Project Management - managing day to day portfolio of software implementation projects

Migration Project Management - Portfolio/Project manage large scale data migration projects

Continuous Improvement



Ensure continuous process improvements defining and implementing project processes and procedures and best practice.

Required skills and experience:



Experience in delivering multiple IT Projects specifically Infrastructure and software implementations.

Proven Experience in external customer stakeholder management.

Knowledge of Cloud migrations, and large data migration projects

.



Knowledge of software (SaaS) implementations and the software development lifecycle.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in escalation management and resolving delivery challenges.

Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP, or similar).

Experience working in Agile environments, using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
