Skills, knowledge, experience required:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; Minimum of 2 years of experience managing IT projects (ideally Software as a Service projects); Minimum of 2 years of experience managing IT projects (ideally Software as a Service projects).

Desirable:

Work experience in innovation accelerators or incubators; Work experience in SaaS or high growth tech environments; Knowledge of NATO institutional framework, policies and procedures.

Duties/role:

Managing IT projects on a day-to-day basis, including risk management and project documentation; Coordinating and directing the delivery of IT services by three implementation partners, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of project scope; Collaborating with the Digital Strategy Advisor to scope and prioritize internal client requirements in alignment with business objectives; Supporting the Digital Strategy Advisor in defining project budgets, scope, and timelines, as well as establishing project goals and deliverables; Identifying, escalating, and managing project timelines, risks, and issues to minimize impact on project delivery; Producing regular project documentation and communicating project status clearly and effectively to different stakeholders; Performing any other related duties as may be required.
