Overview



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

IT Quality & Testing Specialist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications and systems through comprehensive testing practices. This role involves designing test plans, executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities



Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases based on project requirements. Review functional and technical specifications to provide timely feedback. Identify, log, track, and validate defects to ensure issues are resolved. Perform regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to improve product quality. Ensure compliance with company testing standards, policies, and procedures. Provide test documentation including test plans, reports, and metrics. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance or IT sector. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills



Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI). Knowledge of performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). Basic understanding of SQL for database validation.
