Exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and growing Recruitment Agency in Harrogate!
Due to substantial growth our client is recruiting for Experienced Recruiters to join their team on a full time, permanent basis to drive their global expansion!
The role:

• Managing the full recruitment life cycle, from taking a brief to placing candidates
• Bringing on new business accounts and continuously developing our reputation for recruitment excellence
• Gaining an in-depth knowledge of the market
• Networking within community, identifying new business opportunities
• Developing expertise in the full sales life cycle
• Attracting candidates through recommendations, headhunting and social media platforms
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client and candidate relationships
• Using social media and marketing techniques to promote the market presence
• Working closely with the senior management team to advise customers on hiring requirements, salary benchmarking and sourcing scarce skills
• Bringing new ideas, initiatives and recommendations to constantly improve the agency's offering to candidates and customers

Skills/experience required: Must have:

• 360 Recruitment experience (both sales and resourcing)
• Proven ability to open new accounts (confident business development)
• Evidence of developing strong long lasting relationships
• A strong work ethic, hard working and motivated to be successful

• Understanding of ERP/SAP

• Ability to quickly build robust relationships based on trust and confidence

Highlights: Base salary negotiable DOE, the on target earnings for an experienced biller would be expected to exceed 100k after the first year!
