It Sales Administrator

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our existing team to help support the growth of the business.

The Sales and Marketing Administrator will support the sales and marketing team by providing administrative assistance, managing customer databases, and supporting lead generation and campaign activities. This role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations within the department, helping the business reach revenue and customer acquisition goals, and optimizing client satisfaction.

Ideally you should have experience working in IT and have good knowledge of IT systems/ networks.

Duties & Responsibilities:



Produce Sales Quotations and convert to Sales Orders.

Maintain and update our CRM system with customer information, lead tracking, and sales pipeline details.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information.

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing.

Track and report on campaign performance metrics.

Update and maintain the company's website and social media profiles with current information.

Coordinate with external vendors to produce marketing materials.

Act as the first point of contact for incoming sales and marketing inquiries.

Develop sales opportunities via cold-calling, email, social media etc.

Make outgoing cold calls to develop new business opportunities

Update internal system with new prospects and all notes, plus converting to customers

Effective liaison with support team

Feedback to Managing Director and Sales Team

Required Skills/ Knowledge:



Previous sales experience is required in an IT role.

Excellent communication and telephone skills.

A high level of professionalism and persistent attitude

Ability to learn quickly the systems and services we provide

Microsoft Technologies

Ability to schedule own workload, prioritising to meet business needs.

Ability to work on your own initiative, be proactive and organised.

Capability to flourish in a competitive environment

Ability to be flexible to adapt to a varying role.

It is essential you are well organised, good at time management, having the ability to work in a team and be a strong communicator.
