IT Sales Specialist
to support our UK and European market expansion. This role is suited for a confident sales professional with proven experience in selling IT services and solutions, who can consistently deliver measurable revenue outcomes in a competitive environment.
The IT Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving new business acquisition by identifying opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, understanding their technology requirements, and presenting tailored IT solutions. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery to negotiation and deal closure, while maintaining strong client relationships.
This position operates within a performance-oriented framework. The offered annual CTC of
EUR24,000 to EUR30,000
is aligned with clearly defined
minimum performance benchmarks
. The selected candidate will be expected to consistently achieve the agreed-upon monthly and quarterly sales targets in order to justify the compensation level. These targets will be communicated transparently and reviewed regularly to ensure fairness and mutual alignment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong commercial awareness, confidence in high-value conversations, and the ability to close deals independently. Experience in IT services such as software development, cloud solutions, digital transformation, or managed services will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new client acquisition within the UK and European markets.
Generate, qualify, and convert sales leads into long-term clients.
Conduct solution presentations and commercial discussions with decision-makers.
Consistently achieve or exceed defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and client satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in
IT Sales / B2B Sales / Technology Sales
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage the full sales lifecycle.
High level of confidence in achieving revenue targets aligned with compensation.
Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and commercially driven.
