You'll act as a connector, someone who sees potential in every client project and knows how to pitch next steps that deliver value and results.
Duties
Identify upsell opportunities during and after creative production projects
Pitch digital marketing solutions (e.g., ads, SEO, content calendars) to warm clients
Build tailored proposals and present value-focused marketing packages
Collaborate with content teams to align creative assets with campaign goals
Maintain a CRM with clear notes, follow-ups, and deal progress
Hit monthly upsell targets and report conversion metrics to leadership
Educate clients on how marketing can amplify their visual content ROI
Qualifications
Background in creative production, digital marketing, or sales
Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
Understanding of eCommerce, paid social, and Amazon marketing
Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Trello, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite
Strong sense of timing knows when and how to pitch without overselling
Self-motivated, persuasive, and value-focused
