IT Service Delivery Coordinator
Central Belt of Scotland - on site working 5 days per week
Up to 55,000 + benefits
Head Resourcing are delighted to be working with a major player in the shipping and logistics industry as they look to hire an experienced IT Service Delivery Coordinator. This role will report into a newly appointed IT Business Partner and will play a vital role in bridging the gap between operational demands, corporate system requirements, and technical project work.
In this role the successful candidate will support the IT Business Partner by coordinating IT activities, managing business support needs, streamlining system processes, and ensuring effective communication between technical teams and business units. You will be instrumental in driving service improvements and assisting in the delivery of IT solutions that align with our clients' organisational goals. This role is ideally suited to someone with strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft 365 (M365), Entra ID, and supporting the Information Management Systems (IMS) on SharePoint.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in IT coordination or service delivery roles
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft 365 (M365), Entra ID, and SharePoint
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
