I am recruiting for a IT Service Desk role on an exclusive basis for a tier 1 client of mine in East Grinstead, West Sussex.
This role is x5 days a week on site and you will provide technical support to a variety of users.
You will need at least 3 years experience within an IT Service Desk role supporting Windows / O365 / Exchange / Active Directory etc
As a IT Service Desk Engineer you will be responsible for handling incoming requests for support from customers in a timely and professional manner. The emphasis is on recording information correctly, fault finding and troubleshooting and liaising with 3rd party providers where necessary. Primarily an office-based position will be some onsite work at clients' sites.
