About the role



We at Cora Health are delighted to be looking for an IT Service Support Analyst to join our growing technology team and play a key role in delivering reliable, high?quality support to colleagues across the organisation. If you enjoy solving problems, improving systems, and helping people get the best out of their technology, this role will suit you perfectly.

Main duties of the role will see the successful post holder utilising their specialist skills to



First?line and second?line support across hardware, software, networks, and business applications Incident logging and resolution using our IT platform, ensuring timely updates and clear communication User account administration including onboarding, permissions, and access management Troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365 issues Escalating complex issues to specialist teams when required Maintaining documentation such as knowledge base articles and support guides Contributing to service improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities for efficiency

Who we are looking for:

Experience in an IT support environment (1-3 years ideal, but we're flexible) Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common business applications Excellent communication skills with a customer?focused mindset Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a fast?paced environment Problem?solving mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt Knowledge and understanding of ITIL is beneficial
