Role: IT Service Transition Manager
Location: West Midlands | Hybrid
Salary: Up to 90,000
What You'll Lead

End-to-end transition and exit from a major outsourced IT services contract
Migration of services, platforms, data, people and processes into new providers or in-house teams
Alignment and governance across multiple technology suppliers
Contractual, commercial and operational compliance throughout every transition phase
Senior stakeholder direction-ensuring clarity, challenge and continuity at every step

What You'll Bring

Proven experience delivering large-scale IT or BPO transitions in complex environments
Strong understanding of contract exits, legal considerations and multi-supplier ecosystems
The ability to map, analyse and restructure complicated IT and operational landscapes
Leadership, resilience and influential communication in politically sensitive or high-pressure settings

Highly Advantageous

Experience in utilities, energy or regulated environments
Background handling TUPE-heavy transitions
Exposure to simultaneous operational, data and technology change programmes
