The IT Support Manager for Universal Creative is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities related to the support of Universal Creative (UC). Support of the various teams includes but is not limited to laptop and desktop functionality, determining hardware and software specifications and procurement, wired and wireless network issues, server and data allocation, mobile device configuration and troubleshooting of any issues related to computing technology. The UC Technology Manager is also responsible for the discovery and implementation of any new technologies used by UC.
The UC Technology Manager should ensure that the general IT support is aligned with UPR Technology and UC IT uses standardized processes and directions for procuring, managing and deploying IT software and hardware to users. In addition, the UC Technology Manger will ensure that software and hardware required for proper usability and support is developed, tested and in place expeditiously to support the UC Team's needs.
