The Role:

This is a dynamic, full-time role working across a wide range of modern technologies -- from servers and AI systems to CCTV, access control, POS systems, and network infrastructure. We welcome applicants at all experience levels, from apprentices and trainees to experienced technicians ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line IT support across the business Assist in managing servers, including smart/AI-driven systems Support administration of the company's network infrastructure Help maintain and install: CCTV and surveillance systems Access control and door entry systems POS (Point of Sale) systems Company websites and integrations Install and configure IT equipment, including cabling and hardware Maintain accurate documentation and IT asset logs Stay curious and up to date with new and emerging technologies

What We're Looking For:

A strong interest in technology and eagerness to develop Logical thinker with good problem-solving skills Comfortable working with both hardware and software Friendly, professional, and a team player Basic IT understanding is preferred -- but full training will be provided

Full UK driving licence is essential

Salary Range:

20,000 - 22,000

: For apprentices, trainees, or those with minimal experience but strong potential and enthusiasm

26,000 - 28,000

: For candidates with 1-2 years of experience or relevant qualifications (e.g., CompTIA, basic networking, or hands-on installation experience)

28,000 - 32,000+

: For experienced candidates able to take ownership of systems such as servers, AI integrations, or complex network infrastructure
