Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our organization's technology infrastructure. In this position, you will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices. Additionally, you will monitor system performance, perform regular backups, and implement security protocols to protect company data.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Windows and Mac OS, networking fundamentals, and common business applications. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to communicate technical information clearly to users of varying technical backgrounds. Previous experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools is highly desirable. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience, is required.
