We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our dynamic team and provide comprehensive technical support across our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You will monitor system performance, manage software and hardware installations, perform regular system updates, and resolve technical issues as they arise. You will also play a key role in supporting end-users by diagnosing problems, providing training, and delivering prompt solutions for both hardware and software concerns.
This role requires a strong understanding of network administration, data security, and cloud technologies. You will configure and manage servers, network devices, and cloud-based resources while implementing best practices for data backup and disaster recovery. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration. Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments, knowledge of cybersecurity principles, and experience with Office 365, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools are essential. Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks are critical for success in this role.
