IT Support Analyst
Glasgow | Hybrid (Tues & Thurs On-Site)
Full Time | Permanent | Up to 35,000
Iconic Resourcing is supporting a well-established, forward-moving organisation as they continue to modernise their technology environment and build a high-performing internal support team. With significant positive change underway, this is an excellent opportunity for a calm, capable IT professional who enjoys problem-solving, helping others and working with a wide range of technologies.
The team is known for being collaborative, supportive and incredibly effective and they're now looking for someone who brings the same level-headedness, curiosity and technical aptitude as their strongest performers.
Joining a small, experienced support function, you'll provide both 1st and 2nd line support across a busy internal user base. The organisation is moving towards a fully modernised Microsoft environment, with several legacy systems being replaced by new SaaS applications over the next 12-18 months.
You'll get hands-on exposure to the latest tools and tech, while playing an active role in a team that values communication, initiative and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
Acting as a key point of contact for IT issues, managing tickets with pace, clarity and empathy
Providing 1st & 2nd line support across devices, systems and applications
Troubleshooting hardware, software and user issues
Supporting Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11 and a modernising tech stack
Assisting with user onboarding/offboarding and access permissions
Working alongside the team to identify improvements and enhance service delivery
Taking part in small projects and ongoing technology transformation
Using data-driven tools to support decision-making and service enhancements
You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Previous experience in a 1st and/or 2nd line IT support role
• Confidence troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint
• A positive mindset with a passion for helping others
• An interest in process improvement, AI and automation (no technical knowledge required - just curiosity)
• A calm, methodical approach with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

Working Pattern & Package
Hybrid working with Tuesdays and Thursdays on-site in Glasgow
Salary up to 35,000
