Job Description


The Directorate of Information and Library Services are seeking 3 outstanding individuals with an exceptional customer service approach to join the Digital Service Delivery team as an IT Support Analyst. The post holder will be responsible for providing frontline IT and AV support services to all university staff, students, and partners.

You will have a passion for customer service and able to work with a wide range of users in a fast-paced demanding environment either, face-to-face, phone, email or live chat. You will be responsible for ensuring all our users receive excellent IT Support.

We are looking for candidates who can support our end users in resolving IT technical issues. Your responsibilities will include responding to technical queries and issues and resolving these problems in a timely manner.

The successful candidates will be educated to A-level or above.

The post will be based at the outstanding World Heritage Site of the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich with a requirement to work at our Avery Hill campus on a rotation basis regularly. The University is situated across three beautiful campuses, boasting state-of-the-art facilities and an international staff and student community.
