About the Role:
IT Services are responsible for all aspects of information-technology support and delivery across our University, providing a first-class experience to our students, staff and other stakeholders as they pursue their studies and work both on-campus and beyond.
This is your opportunity to join our Digital Workplace Service Team in Writtle, delivering a comprehensive digital workplace IT service, including onsite support in offices, teaching spaces, open access facilities and other operational spaces.
With a degree or relevant professional qualification, you will be proficient in a broad range of common computer hardware and frequently used desktop applications. Previous customer service experience is essential, while a familiarity with supporting users in a busy corporate-scaled network environment would be advantageous.
