Role Purpose



As a Junior IT Support Engineer Apprentice, you will provide technical support to Sedulo staff across all offices, both in person and remotely. You'll assist with day-to-day troubleshooting, device configuration, system maintenance, and the administration of Microsoft 365, while building your skills across cloud services, networking, and cybersecurity.

Role Objectives



Provide first line technical support across all offices (onsite and remote). Troubleshoot issues with Windows 11 laptops, Microsoft 365 apps, Teams, and SharePoint. Log and document tickets, resolutions, and updates in the helpdesk system. Set up laptops, mobile devices, and user accounts following company standards. Carry out maintenance tasks including updates, backups, and system monitoring. Assist with device inventory, asset management, and equipment labelling. Follow cybersecurity best practices when handling credentials and user data. Support disaster recovery testing and documentation.

Your knowledge, skills & experience



Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) account management. User onboarding/offboarding processes (mailboxes, permissions, Teams, OneDrive). Intune device management and compliance processes. Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) basics. Network fundamentals: routers, switches, VLANs, Wi?Fi SSIDs. PC/laptop building or troubleshooting experience. Basic familiarity with PowerShell, Intune, or Active Directory (even home lab experience included)

Training and Career Development

A clear progression path toward IT Infrastructure Engineer upon completion of the apprenticeship.
