About the Role



We are seeking a proactive and technically sound

IT Support Developer & Project Lead

to manage and oversee our web and mobile application development projects from our

London office

, while providing ongoing support and direction to our

remote development team based in India

. This is a hybrid role combining

technical support

,

project leadership

, and

strategic IT management

responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities



Act as

bridge between London HQ and Indian software development team

, ensuring seamless communication and task execution. Lead and manage end-to-end

mobile and web development projects

, including timelines, deliverables, and technical decisions. Provide

IT support and troubleshooting

for software systems and internal tools used by the UK team. Offer

integration and technical guidance

during application testing, updates, and deployment. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Regularly

review code releases

, documentation, and manage sprint cycles with the offshore team. Manage cloud infrastructure, hosting, APIs, and database support in coordination with the technical team.

Required Skills & Experience



3+ years

experience in project management or tech lead role in mobile/web development. Strong hands-on knowledge of

React, Flutter, Node.js, MongoDB, Firebase

, or similar modern stacks. Solid understanding of

API integration

, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure). Previous experience managing

distributed software development teams

. Problem-solving mindset and experience in

technical issue diagnosis and resolution

. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field. Agile/Scrum project management experience or certification. Experience working in startups or fast-growing tech environments is a plus. Familiarity with tools like

Jira, Trello, Git, Bitbucket, Postman, Slack
