We are seeking a
technically skilled and motivated
IT professional who enjoys problem-solving, working with a wide range of technologies, and providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues across multiple platforms.
Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network equipment.
Configure and manage networking solutions, including VLANs, firewalls, switches, and routers.
Set up and maintain Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud services.
Assist with Wi-Fi and network security implementations.
Perform on-site IT installations, upgrades, and migrations.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT support processes, systems, and troubleshooting guides.
Provide remote and on-site support for business-critical systems.
Requirements:
1-2 years' experience in IT support or a similar role.
Understanding of networking principles, including VLANs, firewalls, switches, routers, and DNS/DHCP.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments.
Hands-on experience with PC, laptop, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting and repairs.
Knowledge of Wi-Fi deployments, network security, and VPNs.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for site visits.
