Role: IT Support Engineer
Salary: 26,000 - 28,000 per annum (negotiable)
Location: Sutton, Surrey (and surrounding areas)
Essential Experience:
Great customer services skills
Windows 10, Windows 11 and Microsoft Office application knowledge
Active Directory
Advanced knowledge of servicing AV/IT equipment.
Basic understanding of networking
Advanced troubleshooting skills with a variety of IT equipment
A full UK driving license (minimum 1 year)
You will be expected to:
Manage IT incidents and service requests, both desk-site and between multiple remote sites
Carry out installation, support and maintain various client sites as directed.
Advise and liaise with clients of various levels of IT literacy.
Work within a strong customer service environment with strict service level agreements (SLAs) for a company who operates a continuous improvement policy
Undertake project work involving hardware and software installation, upgrades, and technical administration for core systems
Pass an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, provided by the company.
