Job Overview:

Radii Planet Group are looking for an experienced Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join our growing in-house IT team. Based in our office in Cholmondeley in Cheshire, this is a hands-on role supporting a modern Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environment, ensuring secure, reliable operations across multiple sites.

What You'll Do

Provide L2 support across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and core applications. Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD), including conditional access and security controls. Support device management, Intune/MDM policies, and secure configuration. Troubleshoot networks (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN/SASE) and assist with infrastructure tasks. Work to Cyber Essentials / CE+ standards, supporting patching, vulnerability remediation, and security alert handling. Contribute to cloud, identity, and infrastructure improvement projects.

What You'll Need

Strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID experience. Solid L2 troubleshooting skills for endpoints, applications, and networks. Understanding of Cyber Essentials security requirements. Experience with Intune/MDM, PowerShell, and modern identity management (advantageous). Proactive approach, strong communication skills, and good documentation discipline.
