We are looking for an

IT Support Engineer

to support our strategic growth and new challenges!


This role is responsible for :

Ensuring the smooth operation of the information system and the quality of the network, taking into account user expectations and needs, while ensuring maximum system security Implementing the operational and security strategy of the Group and the Company Liaising between Group IT and UK business stakeholders for continuous improvement and technological advancement of the wider business

Key responsibilities:

To achieve the objectives set by the Group IT department, including participation to the definition of strategy and implementation of development projects To perform needs analysis and technology watch, to anticipate necessary changes and propose improvements To implement and administrate operating systems and networks with the IT department To maintain and develop a system and network infrastructure with the IT department and to provide technical support to new system projects

Qualifications/Skills required to succeed in the position:

Proficiency in :

architecture and system functionalities telecoms technologies, Internet office environments operating systems (e.g. Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016, Linux) Active Directory and LDAP directories IT and telecommunications security standards and procedures network and system administration

Knowledge of :

VMWare or Hyper-V virtualization communication protocols installing, configuring and troubleshooting IT equipment

Highly valued:

8 to 10 years of experience in a similar position

Place of work:

Position based in Poole or Coventry with frequent travel to both Company offices. Hybrid working after probation period

Hours of Work :

40 hours per week (8.30am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday - 30 min lunch break)
